B3 Small Group Personal Training

Body by Beth (B3) is a 6 week functional strength training program designed to increase tone and strength of major and minor muscle groups while increasing stabilization and strength of your joints and tendons.

 

What better way, than to have me and 4 others for your workout partners!

 

SPACE IS LIMITED - Looking for 8 lucky folks to join me in a small group, get ripped and strong, 6 week program!

 

Remember, there's absolutely nothing to fear.  I'll be training with you through every exercise, helping you push each and every rep.

 

Who is this for?

Anyone!  Iron Bridge members and non-members.   Looking to get into CrossFit - this is a great way to start!

 

This is a tried and true program that would be great to do in combination with our Cross the Bridge Challenge!  

 

Is this personal training?

It is small group training, LIMITED to 4 people per session.  I will be training with you and pushing you along the way.
