Free Intro to CrossFit

You will participate in one of our classes partnered one on one with a coach to guide you.

Who it's for:
 
  • Anyone who wants to learn more about CrossFit. This session is required for new CrossFitters.
 
What you need:
  • Wear clothes to work out in, both indoor and outdoor. 
  • GRAB A FRIEND TO BRING!
  • Make sure you eat 1-2 hours before you arrive
  • Bring Water
