This is a Nutrition and Behavioral Challenge that includes Sleep, Nutrition, Mobility, WODs and moving throughout the day.  

 

There are 23 hours a day other than the 1 you spend in the gym.  We'll teach you what you should be doing to get the performance and physique results you are looking for.  This challenge is based on REAL food, REAL habits.  We will teach you how to fix your life!  

 

You won't be doing this alone.  You will be accountable to a team that will be Crossing the Bridge with you.

Challenge Overview

This is for all levels and you do not need to be in CrossFit condition to participate.
 
You will be required to perform physical tests and body measurements to start and finish the challenge.
 
You will be required to log your behaviors EVERYDAY.
 
You can perform the workout portions of the challenge at any gym location.
 
You will be on a team lead by an Iron Bridge Coach
 
IBCF Coaches will provide oversite and post Updates, Reciepes and Suggestions throught the challenge.
 
You are welcome, with a waiver to participate in workouts at Iron Bridge for a fee per workout, if you are not already a member.
