Endurance Club is not geared towards any particular type of athlete. Whether you are training for a half marathon or looking to improve your fran time, you will benefit from this program!
Overview

Cycle will be 8 weeks long, running from February 9th - April 2nd
-
Cycle will culminate with the Cooper River Bridge Run on Saturday, April 2nd
-
Club will meet at 5pm on Tuesday nights at IBCF for a track workout
-
Additional road workout will be programmed for completion on your own any time during the week
