Lead by Coach Andrea Duer, these classess will improve your technique and the loads you can manage on your Snatch and Clean and Jerk.
Lifting under heavy load with explosive movement will improve your performance in everyday life, WODs and the lifts themselves. This lifts also vastly improve your core strength. They also do activate your nervous system in ways that "cardo" simply can't.
These movements are some of the more althletic things we do in our training. The focus required to complete the complex patterns is what makes these sessions different. The Barbell Club is training focused vs. workout focused.
