Make Up any "Power" portions of the previous weeks WODs With a Partner 400m tire flip - pick a tire and alternate however you choose at 100m mark - 80 dips on tire, legs straight (80 as a team) at 200m mark - 60 inclined push ups (feet on tire) at 300m mark - 40 burpee tire jumps (onto tire, like a box jump) finish with a 200m sprint relay (one partner at a time)
