TUESDAY CrossFit Total These lifts need to be performed together in the same class. The total is calculated by adding up your loads from all lifts Max Effort Shoulder Press Max Effort Squat Max Effort Deadlift

WEDNESDAY ME Snatch (full) OR ME Power Snatch - you should only be power snatching if you are new to the movement and have not figured out how to hit the pocket. Additional Tesing Option ONLY if you are all caught up on your lifts...
