Swamp Box Battle 2 - Movement and Load Requirements


To give you an idea of the work you will need to perform, here are the minimum requirements for all divisions in no particular order.

Swamp Box WODs are a classic unknown and unknowable format. You will have 1-2 days to game plan with your partner, but you will have already commited to the WODs before knowing them...CrossFit O.G. Style!

- Clean and Jerk (135/95)

- DUs

- WBs (20-10ft/14-10ft)

- KB Snatch (55/35)

Scaled - requirements

- Thruster

- Deadlift (95/65)

- Burpees

- Hang Clean (95/65)

- Box Jumps

- Russian KBs (55/35)

- Jump Rope - Singles

- Push Press (95/65)

- Clean and Jerk (95/65)

- WBs (20-9ft/14-9ft)
