OR Blursday WOD For time: 50 Box jump (24/20) 50 Jumping pull-ups* 50 KBS (55/35) 50 lunges 50 KTE 50 Push press (45/35) 50 Back extensions 50 WBs(20/14) 50 Burpees 50 DUs *Arms just need to be straight at the bottom of your jump. They can be bent when you are standing under the bar.
