Thursday, December 24th - CLOSED
Friday, December 25th - CLOSED
Saturday, December 26th - CLOSED
NOTE: Coaches will post to Facebook if they plan to open the gym on a scheduled closed day.
Need a WOD fix over the holiday? Give one of these home WODs a try!
1. 100 Burpees for time (CHALLENGE! touch a target a ft above your natural reach ea rep!)
2. 4RFT: 25 air squats, 25 push ups, 25 sit ups (CHALLENGE! sub jumping air squats, clapping push ups, and hollow rocks!)
3. 1, 2, OR 3 mile run for time (CHALLENGE! Stop and complete 10 burpees every 3 minutes!)
