New Year's Week Schedule Changes


Please note the altered schedule for the week of December 27th - January 2nd:

Wedenday, December 30th

- 6am OPEN

- 8am OPEN

- EVENING CLASSES ARE CLOSED

Thursday, December 31st - 6 am class ONLY (NO Crossfit Kids Class)

Friday, January 1st - CLOSED

Saturday, January 2nd - Regular Open Gym Schedule (8 - 11)

NOTE: Coaches will post to Facebook if they plan to open the gym on a scheduled closed day.
