STRENGTH: Clean 3-3-3-3-3-3 at approx 75% looking for touch and go Conditioning: For time75 overhead squats (95/65)* *These must be consecutive. As soon as your hip opens head back down for the next squat. If you break, pause, breathe, take a balance step, you must drop the bar and perform 5 burpees then continue. Skill Work: Hand Stand Post WOD Mobility: Ball Roll Peck insertion on Delt, front delt and work on shoulder internal rotation Ready State: 4 sets of 8 burpees as fast as possible
