STRENGTH: OHS 4-4-4 as heavey as you can go. 2 sec pause at bottom EMOM for 5 min, 6 strict pullups With a partner, 200m tire flips. After each flip you must jump into the tire then out of the tire. Skill Work: Jerk Post WOD Mobility: PVC Roll Quad and Hamstring (all 3 panels of both) Ready State: accumulate 5 minutes in a plank today
