New Endurance Club Cycle Starts October 15th!


The next Endurance Club cycle will begin Thursday, October 15th and run through November 19th. Here is an overview of how the next cycle will run:

- Cycle will be 6 weeks long

- Track workout every Thursday night at 5pm (location TBA) to be completed together

- Road workout to be completed on your own any time during the week (ideally Sunday- Tuesday time frame, but whenever works)
