Coach Seth is kicking off the next Endurance Club Cycle with a FREE Endurance Seminar Saturday, January 30th 9:00 - 11:00 am! This is a GREAT opportunity for anyone preparing for the Bridge run in April or a distance run this spring!
(Please note: there will be Open Gym from 8 - 9 am; stay and join us for the seminar and get some running drills in too!)

8 Week Cycle
February 8th - April 2nd
Meet as a group Tuesdays at 5 pm, plus 1 homework assigment for the week
Part 1 of the seminar will cover running mechanics with a goal of improving movement patterns to allow athletes to run more efficiently and with less pain. Coach Seth wil also will touch on the topic of shoes and gear. Part 2 will discuss the crossfit endurance model of training. Before calling it a day, plan on getting a little sweaty with some drills afterwards!
